About the role
Join the growing team at Traction Ag as a full-time Machinery Salesperson based in the Wimmera/Mallee region of Victoria. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for 
driving sales of our industry-leading agricultural machinery solutions to farming 
customers across the region. Your strategic approach and excellent customer service skills will be crucial in securing new business and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your territory 
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments to recommend the optimal machinery solutions for each customer
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals tailored to customer requirements
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure new sales while ensuring pro?tability
• Provide exceptional after-sales support including maintenance advice, troubleshooting, and repair coordination, to ensure customer satisfaction and 
  loyalty
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and co-workers to drive continuous improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to enhance your expertise

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in a sales role, ideally within the agricultural industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close sales
• Technical aptitude to understand the features and bene?ts of our machinery solutions
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating value for clients
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within your territory as required
